Abstract

PURPOSE:To quicken the lowering of a working apparatus from a gyration level to a working level, by decreasing the lowering speed when a grounding float is in contact with ground and the clutch for the working apparatus is in the state of ON and increasing the lowering speed in a state other than the above state. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a 1st sensor 36 for detecting the grounding state of a grounding float 5 and with a 2nd sensor 37 for detecting the ON-state of a clutch 24 for the working apparatus. When the grounding float is out of the grounding state or the grounding float is in grounding state and the clutch for the working apparatus is in the state of OFF, the speed controlling mechanism 38 operates the speed change valve 25 to the high- speed side by the information transmitted from the 1st and the 2nd sensors to slow down the lowering speed of the working apparatus for paddy field.
