Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A heat-source 7 necessary for a living plant is attached to a cylindrical air duct 3 to effect spontaneous circulation and ventilation of warm air by the heat of the heat source. The temperature and flow rate of air are maintained at respective optimum levels by controlling the mean heat- generation rate of the heat source 7 and the opening of a suction gate 6 and/or an exhaustion gate 5. The plant is sprinkled with water supplied from a water tank 9 through a sprinkling cock 11. The side face of the duct 3 is made transparent to enable the observation of the plant.
