- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 温度検出部と、該温度検出部出力をデイジ
タル信号に変換するＡ／Ｄ変換部と、水晶振動子
の温度特性を補償する機能を有する第１Ｄ／Ａ変
換部と電圧制御水晶発振部とから成るデイジタル
温度補償水晶発振器において、微調整を行うため
該Ａ／Ｄ変換部出力に接続する微調整補償情報を
記憶した記憶部と、該記憶部の出力をアナログ信
号に変換し、該電圧制御水晶発振部に接続する第
２Ｄ／Ａ変換部とから成るデイジタル温度補償水
晶発振器。 (2) 該第１Ｄ／Ａ変換部と第２Ｄ／Ａ変換部の
出力を該電圧制御水晶発振部の可変容量ダイオー
ドのそれぞれ両端に接続したことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のデイジタル温
度補償水晶発振器。
