Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically perform the demolding work of a concrete column by pushing out by a method wherein a lifting mechanism is adjustably driven so as to aligning the center height of a frame with that of a jack by means of the command of a control part on the basis of the detected value of a sensor and a truck is made possible to advance and retreat by following np to the actuation of the jack. CONSTITUTION:The diameter of a frame rolling tire 35, which rolls from the previous stage, is detected by a supersonic detector 37 provided just before a stopper 34. By the command, which is issued from a control part on the basis of said detected value, a supporting frame 28 vertically moved by rolling lifting rollers 20, 20... along the end faces of a lifting guide column 17 in order to vertically move a hydraulic jack 19 so as to align the center height with that of a frame 36. Further, when the control part judges with a sensor 39 mounted on a frame rolling groove 33 that the frame rolling tire 35 is at its stop position, the control part rotates a running motor 11 so as to advance a truck 1 on rails 16 and 16. When the mirror-smooth flange 36a of the frame 36 is detected with a promixity sensor 40, which is provided at the tip part of the truck 1, the control part stops the running motor 11 and at the same time actuates the hydraulic cylinder 19 in order to perform the pushing-out work of a concrete column 41.
