CONSTITUTION:Together with the advancement of pinchers 11 to the cavity 7 of a blow mold 5, in which a parison 22 is housed, a pair of the arm bodies 13 of the pinchers 11 is opened by pivoting toward the cavity 7. Next, a part of the parison 22 is pinched with a pair of chucking bodies 17, which is pivotably supported at the tip parts of both the arm bodies 13, through the closing of their, tip sides by pivoting. At this time, since a pair of the arm bodies is open, a pair of the chucking bodies 17 pinches a part of the parison so as to pick with the fingers. Next, together with the retreat of the pinchers 11 from the cavity 7, a pair of the arm bodies 13 closes by pivoting. With the closing of a pair of the arm bodies, a pair of the chucking bodies 17 also pivots, resulting in bringing the whole pinchers into a closed state. As a result, a part of the parison pinched between said chucking bodies 17 is pressed so as to form a bracket 23 part.
