Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve toughness after aging, strength at high temp., and high temp. corrosion resistance, by specifying respective contents of C, Si, Ni+Co, Cr, Ti, Al, N, Mo+W, Zr, B, and Fe. CONSTITUTION:This heat-resisting alloy has a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.01-0.2% C, <=0.5% Si, 30-55% (Ni+Co), 20-35% Cr, 0.05-0.5% Ti, 0.05-0.5% Al, <=0.04% N, 0.5-3% (Mo+W), 0.002-0.1% Zr and/or <=0.01% B, and the balance Fe. This alloy has superior toughness after aging, high strength at high temp., and excellent high temp. corrosion resistance.
