The present invention relates to a hair nourishing/growth agent, and more particularly to a hair nourishing/hair growing agent containing a hair matrix cell activator and carbon dioxide gas. Conventionally, synthetic or natural product extracts that have a hair matrix activation effect have been applied to hair nourishing and restoring products, but adding a small amount does not provide sufficient effects.
In addition, although it is effective to some extent when added in large amounts, it gives an unpleasant irritating feeling to the application site, and furthermore, continuous use causes dermatitis. On the other hand, carbon dioxide gas is known to have a vasodilating effect, and is clinically used as a carbon dioxide gas bath for rehabilitation. Therefore, the present inventor focused on incorporating carbon dioxide gas into hair nourishing and hair growth products, and as a result of conducting various researches, the inventor found that the combination of a hair matrix cell activator and carbon dioxide gas in hair nourishing and hair growth products is effective for the scalp. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that the capillaries of the hair expand, the hair matrix cell activator efficiently reaches the hair matrix, activates the function of the hair matrix, reduces hair loss, and promotes hair growth. . That is, the present invention provides a hair nourishing and hair restoring material which is made by blending carbon dioxide gas into a hair nourishing and hair restoring material containing a hair matrix cell activator and which is adhered to a pressure-resistant container. The hair matrix cell activator used in the present invention includes:
Synthetic or natural ingredients such as vitamin A acid, pantothenic acid and its derivatives, pantothenyl alcohol and its derivatives, l-aspartic acid and its derivatives, photosensor No. 301, ethinyl estradiol, placenta extract, iron chlorophyll, etc. Among these, vitamin A acid, potassium pantothenate, pantothenyl alcohol, and placenta extract are particularly preferred. This hair matrix cell activator is used by blending it with a solvent such as water or water-lower alcohol. The hair matrix cell activator is preferably blended in the hair nourishing and restoring agent of the present invention in an amount of 0.001 to 5% by weight (hereinafter simply expressed as %). If it is less than 0.001%, a sufficient effect cannot be obtained, and if it is more than 5%, it gives an unpleasant irritation to the scalp, which is undesirable. By the way, carbon dioxide gas exists as CO 2 molecules when the pH of the solution in which it is dissolved is acidic.
It is known to exhibit vasodilatory effects. Therefore, it is preferable that the liquid nature of the hair nourishing/restorer of the present invention is adjusted to pH 7 or lower, particularly pH 4.5 to 6.5. Note that the pH of the hair nourishing/hair growing agent becomes even more acidic when carbon dioxide gas is pressurized and dissolved in the hair nourishing/hair growing agent, but the final pH may be adjusted to be within the above range. As the PH regulator, organic acids such as citric acid, tartaric acid, and lactic acid or salts thereof, or phosphoric acid or salts thereof are preferably used. To incorporate carbon dioxide gas into a hair growth product, put the hair growth product into a pressure-resistant container and fill it with high-pressure gas.・Putting a hair growth agent, adding a PH regulator to generate carbon dioxide gas, and immediately sealing the container, or placing dry ice pellets in a container and sealing the container, are used, but especially high-pressure gas A method of encapsulating is preferred. When doing this, some of the carbon dioxide gas is used for hair growth and
It is dissolved and blended into the hair growth agent, and a portion is present in the container as a gas. In the present invention, it is important that carbon dioxide is dissolved in the hair nourishing and hair growth agent, and the amount of carbon dioxide gas to be added is determined by adjusting the carbon dioxide concentration.
It is preferable that the amount is 60 ppm or more; if it is less than this, a sufficient vasodilatory effect cannot be expected and the effects of the present invention cannot be obtained. To adjust the amount of carbon dioxide gas,
This can be done by adjusting the amount of carbon dioxide gas injected (injected), and generally the pressure in the container is 1.2 to 1.2 at a temperature of 35℃.
It is preferable to adjust the pressure to 8 Kg/cm 2 (gauge pressure). In addition, the pressure-resistant container used in the present invention must be able to withstand the above-mentioned pressure and keep the hair growth agent in a sealed state until it is used after preparation, and for example, it must be made of metal such as aluminum or tin. Containers, synthetic resin containers such as acetal resin, polycarbonate resin, etc., and glass containers are used. On the other hand, if the diameter of the discharge nozzle is small, the filling liquid is sprayed in the form of mist, and if the diameter is large, the filling liquid is sprayed in the form of foam or liquid. The spray form also differs depending on the internal pressure of the can, but generally the diameter of the discharge nozzle of an aerosol spray container is 0.3 mm or less, and when this is applied to the hair nourishing/growth agent of the present invention, the spray is atomized in the form of a mist. Since the carbon dioxide gas immediately scatters, the sufficient effect cannot be obtained. In order to further enhance the effects of the present invention, it is necessary to lengthen the residence time of carbon dioxide gas in the hair nourishing and restoring agent. Alternatively, it is preferable to apply it in liquid form and foam it on the scalp. For this reason, the diameter of the discharge nozzle was set to 0.3
~1.5 mm, preferably 1 to 15 cm in length.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the amount of dissolved carbon dioxide gas from decreasing due to the decrease in the internal pressure of the can due to use, and to maintain a constant injection condition, a mini cylinder of carbon dioxide gas is built into the container.
It is preferable to combine it with an aerosol injection device such as that disclosed in JP-A-57-153752, which supplies new carbon dioxide gas when the pressure during use decreases. In this way, the carbon dioxide concentration can be maintained constant from the beginning of use until the end of use. In addition to the above-mentioned essential ingredients, the hair nourishing and restoring agent of the present invention contains oil bases, emollients, gelling agents, various emulsifiers, fragrances, and preservatives such as parahydroxybenzoic acid esters, which are commonly used in cosmetics. , an antioxidant such as butylhydroxyanisole, a coloring agent such as a dye, a cooling agent such as menthol, a bactericidal agent such as hinokitiol, and a wetting agent such as propylene glycol can be added. As mentioned above, the hair nourishing and restoring agent of the present invention can efficiently deliver the hair matrix cell activator to the hair matrix due to the vasodilatory action of carbon dioxide gas, and has excellent hair nourishing and hair growth effects and hair loss inhibiting effects. shows. Furthermore, by using carbon dioxide gas in combination, the amount of the highly irritating hair matrix cell activator can be reduced, allowing continuous use and further enhancing the above-mentioned effects. Furthermore,
The bubbling effect of carbon dioxide gas can provide a comfortable stimulation sensation and pine surge effect to the scalp, and since the PH of the hair growth agent itself is slightly acidic, it can reduce the PH of the skin.
, and can have a positive effect on the skin. Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to Examples. Reference Example 1 The hair on the dorsal skin in the telogen phase of C3H mice (〓) was clipped without damaging the skin, and the growth of the next anagen hair was observed. The area of the area where hair growth was observed on the skin surface was measured over time, and the ratio (r) to the area of the shaved area was determined. The results are shown in Table 1.
