粉砕テーブルの径方向外端部に上方へ向つて突設
し、一方、上記粉砕テーブルの下方側から上方側
へ向つて気流を導くノズルを粉砕テーブルの外周
面と、この外周面に対面するケーシングの内面と
の間に形成したローラミルにおいて、上記ノズル
からの気流が粉砕テーブルの上面側に向うことを
規制する規制部材をダム部材上に設けたことを特
