Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination in an image forming device, and to form a copy image having a high quality, by providing an inner layer material containing a plasticizer, on a prescribed part of the inner surface of a device main body. CONSTITUTION:A device body 17 is formed by an outer layer material consisting of a thermosetting resin, and an inner layer material consisting of a thermoplastic resin containing a plasticizer in a prescribed part of the inner surface of a device main body 16. In this regard, as for this plasticizer, in order to shift it quickly to a toner from the inner layer material, polyvinyl chloride whose affinity to the toner is larger than to the inner layer material, and dioctylphthalate which is excellent in compatibility to a stylene-acryl copolymer used generally as a binding resin of the toner and also, whose fixing effect of the toner is large are desirable. Also, this plasticizer is contained by 5-70wt.% in order to fix efficiently the toner into the inner layer material. In such a way, the contamination of the inside of an image forming device, caused by the toner can be prevented, and a copy image having the high quality can be formed.
