Abstract
PURPOSE:To use elements with low pressure resistance and to ensure the regeneration of a welding arc by providing a switching element driving circuit to control ON-OFF without interruption at the same time and alternately with the elements in opposition of switching elements as a couple. CONSTITUTION:The switching element driving circuit 10 controls ON-OFF of the switching elements 7a and 7b or 7c and 7d without interruption respectively so that conductive periods are overlapped materially. Namely, when a signal S2 is outputted at the same time when a signal S1 is shut off, the elements 7a and 7b which have been continued till then are not immediately shut off but shut off after some time delay by the existence of the signal S1. Then, the switching elements 7c and 7d are continued after some delay time by the signal S2 but since this delay time of continuity is shorter fairly than the delay time of shutting-off, this period can be maintained as the time when the whole switching elements are continued. Accordingly, a combination of a pulse generator 101 with an inversion circuit 102 capable of adjusting the pulse width and period without necessitating a complicated circuit is desirable.
