Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply perform the immunohistochemical evaluation of a human type monoclonal antibody with good sensitivity, by using a composite by mixing the human monoclonal antibody and a labelled anti-human globulin univalent antibody. CONSTITUTION:A composite obtained by mixing a human monoclonal antibody and a labelled anti-human globulin univalent antibody is reacted with a specimen such as a human living body tissue section or a cell sample. The human monoclonal antibody is obtained by a method for the cell fusion of a human occurring lymphocyte and a human occurring proliferative cell and the human occurring lymphocyte is collected from human blood showing reactivity to an antigen. As the proliferative cell, a myeloma cell is designated. The labelled anti-human globulin univalent antibody is obtained by labelling the anti-human globulin univalent antibody, which is obtained by immunizing an animal with human globulin, with a proper label. This method is hard to generate non- specific staining and excellent in reactive sensitivity and can be used in the detection of a tumor cell and tissue or the immunological evaluation of the human monoclonal antibody.
