The command interpreting part 1 interpretes a current block in an NC program, outputs a command to the sequence control part 2 or the function generating part 8, receives a data transfer completion signal from the control part 6, interprets the succeeding block, and outputs a command to the control part 2 or the generating part 8. The control part 6 selects machine data corresponding to a name stored in the circuit 5 from the storage part 4 and outputs the machine data and various commands to the control part 7.
