By the motor control, it is detected by a speed discriminating circuit 26 that the rotational speed of the cylinder motor 20 arrives at a prescribed rotational speed or its vicinity, and after a PG signal is differentiated from a PG circuit 22 through an AND gate 40 by a differentiating circuit 41 and the signal is supplied to the resetting terminal of a frequency-dividing circuit 30. Consequently, the frequency-dividing circuit 30 is reset, and the leading edge of a reference phase signal and a PG signal is forcibly matched. Thus, the reference phase signal and the PG signal made close hourly are synchronized in a short time by a second servo system 29.
