    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＲＳ２３２Ｃ通信ポートを有するコンピユータ
    と、上記通信ポートと通信ケーブルで接続される
    と共に、上記コンピユータで使用される複数のソ
    フトウエアに対応する複数の照合用メモリカード
    を着脱できるコネクタ手段を設けたアンサーバツ
    ク手段とを有し、上記コンピユータにおいて特定
    ソフトウエアを稼動させる場合に、上記通信ポー
    トを経由して上記アンサーバツク手段に対して暗
    号情報によりメモリカード挿着の有無並びに上記
    特定ソフトウエアに対応する正規カードの有無を
    問い合わせ、アンサーバツク手段からの暗号化さ
    れたアンサーバツク情報により照合することを特
    徴とするソフトウエア不正使用防止システム。
