Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中心部に中心細管口、中心細管の周囲にガ
スリターン路を備えているデイスクと、パイプと
を交互に複数接続し、最終端部のパイプ又はデイ
スクにガラス管をそれぞれ接続して放電細管部と
し、アノードを具備した金属封入皿を前記放電細
管部の一端に備え、カソードを具備した金属封入
皿を放電細管部の他端に備え、前記金属封入皿端
部にそれぞれブリユースタ窓を備えているイオン
レーザ管において、前記デイスクの中心に設けた
中心細管口の両端部に耐プラズマ性の保護層を設
けたことを特徴とするイオンレーザ管。 (2) 保護層が炭化ケイ素（ＳｉＣ）、炭化チタ
ン（ＴｉＣ）および窒可チタン（ＴｉＮ）のいず
れかであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載のイオンレーザ管。
