ベーター装置を示す昇降路頂部縦断正面図、第４
図は第３図の―線断面図である。 図中、１は昇降路、７は最上階の乗場戸、８は
戸袋、１０は昇降体（かご）、１５は巻上機、１
８は制御盤、２１は保守扉、２２はデツキである
。なお、図中同一符号は同一部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 昇降路内の頂部に昇降体を駆動する巻上機
又はこの巻上機を制御する制御盤が設置され、か
つ乗場戸は引き戸で構成されてこの乗場戸が乗場
出入口を開放すると上記乗場戸は戸袋に収納され
るようにしたものにおいて、上記戸袋の内最上階
の戸袋に開閉可能な保守扉を設け、上記昇降路内
の最上階部分の上記保守扉側の上記昇降体と干渉
しない位置にデツキを設置したことを特徴とする
エレベーターの保守作業設備。 (2) 保守扉に施錠装置を設け、戸袋内に上記保
守扉の開放と連動して動力電源を遮断するスイツ
チを設置した特許請求の範囲第１項記載のエレベ
ーターの保守作業設備。
