Abstract

When an alarm setting switch 2 is changed over from ON to OFF, the selective output of sound stop confirming sound is generated from an alarm control circuit 6 by the judge output of the circuit 4 and the confirming sound is generated from a sound synthesizing circuit 7 to be emitted only once from a sounding apparatus 9. When the switch 2 is changed over to an ON-state, alarm sound is generated to continue until the switch 2 becomes a sound stop state. When the switch 1 is in an OFF-state, the usual alarm operation due to a state judge circuit 5 is performed. By this method, at the time of demonstration, alarm sound can be emitted only for a necessary period and the audition of sound stop confirming sound can be performed.
