Abstract
PURPOSE:To set output frequencies at arbitrary frequencies, which are not limited to an integral multiple of a first reference signal, by mixing a second reference signal with the output signal of a voltage controlled oscillator, and outputting only a desired band through a voltage control band passing filter. CONSTITUTION:When the respective dividing numbers of a divider 2 and a divider 3 are made variable, in accordance with the division, the output signal of a voltage controlled oscillator 1 is set at an integral multiple of a reference signal I, the controlled output signal is mixed with the signal of a reference signal II at a mixer 6. 'output signal+reference signal II', 'output signal-reference signal II', and other frequency waves are generated to the output of the mixer 6, in such a time, when the control voltage of a voltage control band passing filter 7 is at a feedback voltage VC and is set so as to synchronize with the frequencies of 'output signal+reference signal II', the output passing through the filter 7 becomes the frequencies of 'output signal+ reference signal II' and the other frequencies are eliminated.
