Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the transfer of articles smooth, in an article feeder for perishable foods packers or the like, by forming circumferential grooves in the transfer central part of transfer rollers, so that a rotating member such as a belt can be wound around between transfer rollers within the grooves. CONSTITUTION:In the article transfer center P of respective transfer roller 9-12, circumferential grooves 15 are formed, and an endless flat belt 16 is wound around between the grooves 15 of the outermost rollers 9, 12. Thus, the flat belt 16 is existent inside the grooves 15 of respective rollers 9-12, and does not protrude from the circumferential surface of respective rollers 9-12. In this constitution, when respective feed rollers 7, 8 and transfer rollers 9-12 are driven to transfer articles having been put on the feeding side 1a, since the flat belt 16 is existent in the central part of respective rollers 9-12, the articles can be prevented from intruding into between rollers, enabling smooth conveyance to be carried out.
