Claims (1)
- レーザ管外囲器内にレーザ細管を収容したヘリ
ウム―ネオンレーザ管において、上記レーザ細管
外周部上に、ガラス容器に封入した少なくとも１
つの永久磁石をレーザ細管の軸方向に延在させて
固着し、さらに該ガラス容器が固着されたレーザ
細管の外側を磁気シールド材で取り囲んだことを
特徴とするヘリウム―ネオンレーザ管。
