Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a novel three-wavelength range luminescent fluorescent lamp with especially color drift suppressed to a minimum, by coating the glass bulb inner surface with a thin film made up of a mixture of each specific three kinds of fluophors including aluminate fluophor. CONSTITUTION:The objective fluorescent lamp can be obtained by coating the glass bulb inner surface with a thin film made up of a mixture comprising (A) 0.1-35wt.% of (i) an Eu-activated aluminate fluophor of formula I (M is Zn, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Li, Rb, or Cs; a>0; b>0) and/or (ii) a Mn-activated aluminate fluophor of formula II, (B) 25-60wt.% of a fluophor of formula III (Re is Y, Gd or La; a'>0, b'>0, 0<a'+b'<1; x>0, y>0; 2X10<-4=Z<6X10<-3>) and (C) 20-70wt.% of an Eu-activated rare earth fluophor of formula IV (Re' is Y, La or Gd).
