CONSTITUTION:In the data transmission system of a relay system between slave stations, a slave station 10 having transmission right, when a reply presence detecting means 17 detects the unreturned reply signal from the destination slave station 10, a transmission destination slave station deciding means 16 corrects the slave station 10 of the base station 20 side of the next order as the new destination slave station 10 and controls a transmission power variable means 12 so as to send the information data to the corrected new transmission destination slave station 10. On the other hand, the destination slave station 10 receiving the information data from the slave station 10 having a transmission right detects the degree of distance between its own station 10 and the slave station 10 having the transmission right by the degree of distance detection means 18 to control the transmission power variable means 12 to allow the reply signal to reach the slave station 10 having the transmission right based on the result of detection.
