Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an oilproof agent having excellent mechanical stability, not precipitating a component even if diluted with water having high hardness or water containing aluminum sulfate by mixing a specific phosphate or phosphonate with an anionic surfactant. CONSTITUTION: This oilproof agent is obtained by mixing (A) at least one phosphate or phosphonate selected from a fluoroalkyl phosphate, an N- alkylfluoroalkanesulfonamidoalkyl phosphate and a fluoroalkenyloxyaralkyl phosphonate with (B) preferably 1-15 wt.% of an anionic surfactant (e.g. a 5-15C alkylbenzenesulfonate, or the like).
