Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of environmental condition by detecting not analogically but digitally whether or not a pulse train is missing. CONSTITUTION:An inputted pulse train is counted by an n-bit count means 2, and when n-bit of pulses are counted, a carry is sent and the count is repeated from the initial value, the carry is given to a monostable multivibrator 3, which is started and a 1st level is sent. When the next carry is inputted to the monostable multivibrator 3 within a prescribed time, the 1st level is succeedingly sent and when no input is given, since the carry is not sent, the pulse missing information being at 2nd level is sent after a prescribed time elapses. Since the circuit is processed digitally, the possibility of sending an erroneous alarm due to a change in the environmental condition is precluded.
