The positional relation of the reference light emitting element 18 at the revolving fulcrum 10 of the lever 11 and the light emitting element 19 at the leading end of the lever 11 is detected by an optical sensor 21 and operated by a microcomputer 21 and a motion state is displayed on an oscilloscope 22 in a real time and recorded on a data recorder 23.
