Abstract
PURPOSE:To develop uniform anti-fogging effect over the entire surface of a plastic lens, by providing a transparent planar heat generator layer to one surface of the plastic lens. CONSTITUTION:A goggle is constituted by mounting an outside lens 2 to an inside plastic lens 3 through engaging jigs 1, 1 in a freely detachable manner and providing a transparent planar heat generator layer 4 to the outer surface of the lens 3 so as to cover the almost entire surface thereof. The planar heat generator layer 4 is formed to the single surface of a transparent support 5 composed of a plastic film and narrow electrode layers 6 are formed thereon and the heat generator layer 4 is laminated to the outer surface of the inside lens 3 through the adhesive layer 7 formed to the opposite surface of the support 5. In use, by supplying a current to the planar heat generator layer 4 through the electrode layer 6 from a battery, the entire surface of the inside lens 3 in the left-and-right direction X and up-and-down direction Y thereof can be uniformly raised to high temp. within a short time. Therefore, uniform anti- fogging effect can be developed over the entire surface of the lens and can be also developed on the central part side of the lens within a short time.
