- 液体ヘリウム容器と、該液体ヘリウム容器内の
液体ヘリウムを他の装置へ注液するサイホンとよ
りなる液体ヘリウムの注液装置において、前記液
体ヘリウム容器内に内部挿入管を配設し、前記サ
イホンの挿入管を短くしたことを特徴とする液体
ヘリウムの注液装置。
