Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an inclined magnetic field coil excellent in linearity, efficiency and economical efficiency while considering a manufacturing means, by cutting a groove in an insulating plate and inserting a copper wire in said groove to form one current path. CONSTITUTION:A groove 3 having a width W and a depth H is cut in an insulating plate 5 at the part corresponding to the solid line of a drawing and a copper twisted wire 4 is inserted in said groove 3 to form one current path wherein one end is an input terminal 1' and the other end is an output terminal 1''. An X-direction inclined magnetic field coil 1 is formed to the single surface of the insulating plate 5 and, further, the groove 3 of the pattern rotated by 90 deg. from the X-direction inclined magnetic field coil 1 is cut in the back surface of the insulating plate 5 in the same way and the copper twisted wire 4 is inserted in said groove to form a Y-direction inclined magnetic field coil 2. By pouring an epoxy resin in said grooves, the copper twisted wires can be fixed. By this method, not only a coil excellent in linearity and efficiency can be realized without changing the original characteristics of a Golay coil but also a manufacturing method is simple and extremely economical.
