- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負圧導入管を有するカバーと被調圧流体の出入
管を有するボデーとの間にダイヤフラムを設け、
前記ダイヤフラムの中心部にバルブアセンブリを
配置した圧力調整弁において、 ダイヤフラムをボデーのフランジの立上り部内
に設置し、バルブアセンブリの上面中央に設けた
凹部の中心と負圧導入管の中心とを一致させたこ
とを特徴とする圧力調整弁。
