Claims (1)
- 大径部と小径部の段付空洞が形成され、前記小
径部に入出力ポートが連通する有底円筒状ボデー
と、前記小径部側の端面中央に緩やかな曲面をも
つ凹陥部が形成され、ボデーの前記大径部開放端
から液密に嵌合固定されるプラグと、前記ボデー
空洞内の段部と前記プラグ端面との間で挟持固定
されるダイヤフラムとからなることを特徴とする
液圧振動吸収装置。
