Claims (1)
- 主軸駆動用モータ側のプーリと、従動側の主軸
のプーリとの間でベルトを巻き掛けるとともに、
モータ側の別のプーリおよびモータの近傍位置に
設けた主軸の回転状態検出用のエンコーダのプー
リとの間にベルトを巻き掛け、モータ側のプーリ
対主軸側のプーリ比とモータ側の別のプーリ対エ
ンコーダ側のプーリ比とを等しく設定したことを
特徴とする主軸回転検出装置。
