Claims (1)
該ケーシング内に挿入され、一端側が該ケーシン
グ外に突出して、外部の酸素濃度を検出する検出
素子と、前記ケーシング内に互いに離間して配設
され、一端側が該検出素子にそれぞれ接続された
3本のリードプレートと、該各リードプレートの
うち少なくとも2本のリードプレートを個別に取
囲み、該各リードプレートを絶縁状態におく絶縁
ケースと、該絶縁ケースから検出素子に亘つて周
囲を覆うように前記ケーシング内に充填され、該
ケーシング内で焼結された耐熱性のシール剤と、
前記各リードプレートの他端側に接続され、前記
ケーシングの他端側から外部に導出された3本の
リード線と、該各リード線と各リードプレートの
接続部とを個別に覆うように前記ケーシングの他
端側に取付けられ、該各リード線とケーシングと
の間をシールするシール部材とから構成してなる
