Claims (1)
- プリント基板上に組み立てられたフラツトパツ
ケージを有する電気部品の側面に引き出されたリ
ード端子の電流、電圧、信号等を測定するための
測定治具において、前記電気部品の平面部に吸着
させる吸盤と、この吸盤の吸着面と反対側に延び
たつまみ部と、このつまみ部に一端が保持され、
他端が前記電気部品のリード端子の任意の一つに
圧接する接触端子を持ち、測定器のプローブを引
つ掛けるために所定の位置に設けられた掛け止め
手段を有するバネ性の導電体とを備えたことを特
徴とする測定治具。
