Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the annealing effect by coating a metal nucleus with a paste consisting of a superconductor of oxide type which is kneaded together with a dispersing medium, subjecting it to rolling process with a roller, dividing the coated part into certain width, sintering them, or further dividing them, and then putting them in pressure contact with a metal plate. CONSTITUTION:Superconductor of oxide type is pulverized and kneaded with alcohol to turn it into a paste. This paste 3 is coated on a Cu sheet 1 uniformly. A base plate 1 with a paste layer formed thereon is passed through hot rollers 6 and pressurized. By laser etc., a groove 7 is formed using this base plate having the paste layer which has undergone pressure molding, and the resultant is cut into certain lengths. The base plate provided with groove is subjected to heat treatment as it is rolled. At this time, superconductor of oxide type is sintered in exposed condition to cause sufficient contact with oxygen, which provides sufficient annealing effect.
