  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 密閉された容器と、この容器の上部に設け
    られたマイクロ波発振器およびオフガス配管と、
    前記容器の傾斜底に沿つて設けられたスクリユー
    と、このスクリユーを回転させるモータと、前記
    容器の下部にドレン配管を具備したマイクロ波加
    熱脱硝装置において、前記ドレン配管に不活性ガ
    ス供給配管を設けたことを特徴とするマイクロ波
    加熱脱硝装置。 (2) 前記不活性ガス供給配管は、前記ドレン配
    管の弁と前記容器の底の間に設けられていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のマイクロ波加熱脱硝装置。
