Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I (R<1> is H, 1-4C acyclic alkyl which may be substituted with halogen; R<2> is 1-5C alkyl which may be substituted with halogen, phenyl) and its salts. EXAMPLE:(6R,7R)-[(Z)-2-(2-Aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoaceto-amide ]-3-(3,4- dihydro-4-methyl-1,1,3-trioxo-2H-1, 2, 4, 6-thia-triazin-5-yl)thiomethyl-ceph-3-em-4- carboxylic acid. USE:Antibacterial. It has high antibacterial activity with high durability in serum concentration. PREPARATION:A compound of formula II (X is acetoxy, halogen; R<8> is H, carboxyl-protecting group; R<11> is H, amino group-protecting group is allowed to react with 3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4-substituted-1,1,3-trioxo-2H-1,2,4,6-th-iatriazine-5- thione.
