Abstract

The release lever 20 of the first lock is moved to the release position in the interlocking motion by transferring respective lock release levers 20, 24 and the actuation lever 16 of the lock release means 34 from the neutral position to one actuation position. And the second lock lever 24 is restrained in a position incapable of releasing the lock and both locks are linked to each other. In this way, work efficiency is improved and the cost can be reduced.
