CONSTITUTION:An air purification apparatus 4 is a vertical unit type, composed of a material for the wall, and the front side thereof faces inside of the clean workroom and the rear side faces the external part of the booth. On both lower sides of the apparatus 4 an outdoor air intake is provided facing outside and an indoor air intake 9 is provided to the lower front side of the apparatus 4. The air absorbed from the outdoor air intake or the indoor air intake 9 by a drive of a fan 18 passes through a duct 11 to move upward. After being purified by a filter 12 the air is diffused from a variable direction type diffusion nozzle 14 or from a slit 15 to the inside of the clean workroom.
