Abstract

CONSTITUTION: An earth material is composed mainly of a fired matter which is formed by providing a firing process for dirty soil obtained from water treatment facilities. Portland cement, carbon powder, and the like are mixed in it. A brought soil layer 52 made of this earth material and an earth electrode 53 buried into this brought soil are used to compose earth structure 50. Otherwise an earth electrode 80, and an earth layer 72, into which this earth electrode is inserted, are used to compose earth structure 70. When the brought soil layer 52 is formed, the earth material should be preferably used to again bury a hole for use in burying the earth electrode 53 therein. In process of inserting the earth electrode 80, the earth material is dissolved by water and fluidized, and next the earth material is injected from back ends of earth bar units 83, 88 so as to become osmotic from peripheral holes 82, 87 to the ground around the electrode 80, so that an earth layer 72 is formed.
