An air passage 10, extending from the suction hole 11 to the diaphragm chamber 9, is partitioned with a separator 17 having numerous small holes 17c. With constituting in such way, gasoline is prevented from flowing into the diaphragm chamber thereby cheap material can be used as rubber material of the diaphragm.
