A random number generator 4 generates the random number by using the present position information and the value of the counting circuit as the initial value and an optical pickup driving device moves the pickup to the position of a music designated by this random number. Thus, since the value of the special initial value does not exist in the operating method of the random number generator, the generated random number is made enough random and thus, the music order can be made enough random.
