Abstract

PURPOSE:To control concentrations of gases while cleaning the air in a room by mixing and sending O2, which is separated and concentrated by PSA-system with an air compressor and an adsorption column, together with the room air and by purging N2, CO2, moisture, etc., outdoors as desorbed gases. CONSTITUTION:The room air taken into through an air inlet 17 is returned to the room out of an outlet 16 as a clean air after removing dust with a prefilter 1, an electric precipitator 2 and an afterfilter 3, deodorized with an active carbon filter 4 and passing an air-conditioning heat exchanger unit 7. Part of the clean air is taken into an air compressor 22 through an intake opening 19 attached to an air chamber 13, sent to an adsorption column 30 to adsorb N2 etc., and to concentrate O2 ejected through a tank 31 behind a fan 6, mixed with the residual clean air and blown into the room. On the other hand, adsorbed N2, CO2, moisture, etc., are purged outdoors with the compressor 22 as a desorbed gas.
