Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent materials to be crushed from being discharged from a discharge port in an entangled state by disposing a collision cylinder which accepts the materials to be crushed and kicked up by hammers, brings these materials into collision against its wall surface and returns the materials again to a casing between a feeding port and the casing. CONSTITUTION: A main shaft 4 having the plural hammers 5 is freely rotatably and transversely installed in the casing 1 consisting of a drum 2 of a circular shape in a longitudinal direction section and a pair of side plates 3 and a discharge port 11 is disposed below the drum 2 of the casing 1. The collision cylinder 6 which is opened in front of the drum 2 of the casing 1, accepts the materials to be crushed and kicked up by the hammers 5, brings these materials into collision against its wall surface and returns the materials again to the inside of the casing 1 is disposed upward. The flank of the collision cylinder 6 is provided with the feeding port 8. Consequently, the materials to be crushed may be not discharged from the discharge port in the entangled state.
