Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a woody floor plate which is free from variance and has stable wear-resistant properties and higher-degree wear-resistant properties by incorporating a spreading process of a wear-resisting agent in a surface coating process of a woody substrate. CONSTITUTION:Undercoat is performed on a woody substrate 1 to form a underlayer 2 and a wear-resisting agent 3 contg. alumina is spread on the upper surface of the underlayer 2. Furthermore middle coat is performed thereon to form a layer 4 and after drying and curing the layer 4, top coat is performed to form a finishing layer 5. Spreading may be repeatedly performed in multilayers in accordance with density of the wear-resisting agent 3 to be spread. By such a way, the wear-resisting agent can be made to a uniform dispersion state. Further since it can be preset to required density, a woody floor plate which is free from variance and has stable wear-resistant properties and higher-degree wear-resistant properties can be produced.
