Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply and reliably mount a door by providing a thermosetting adhesive film at a desired position only and fixing a hinge plate of a door hinge through the thermosetting adhesive film to a door panel. CONSTITUTION:A door hinge 9 is constituted of plural hinge plates 17 and 19 pivotably connected by a hinge pin 15. The hinge plate 17 is formed with upper and lower plate holes 21 through which a pair of bolts 23 or the like are inserted for fixation to an inner panel of a door. One of the bolts 23 is fixed through a thermosetting adhesive film 27 and a positioning adjusting member 29, while the other bolt 23 is fixed through a washer 31. The thermosetting adhesive film 27 is fused by heat in a baking step to fix the positioning adjusting member 29 to the hinge plate 17.
