Abstract
PURPOSE: To contrive yaw stabilization at the time of high elevation flight in a high elevation airframe such as a returning spacecraft at the time of returning into atmosphere by providing a lower vertical stabilizing blade extended under a drum body tail part for increasing yaw flight stability only at the time of high elevation flight. CONSTITUTION: In an airframe 1 such as a returning spacecraft at the time of returning into atmosphere, an ordinary vertical stabilizing blade 4 is provided at an upper part of a tail part of its fuselage part, and a lower vertical stabilizing blade 2 is provided to be stored in a tail part of the fuselage part in normal flight in the condition expressed by a dot line, and extended in the condition expressed by a solid line in high elevation flight. Yaw flight can thus be stabilized at the time of high elevation flight without enlarging the ordinary vertical stabilizing blade 4.
