観図、第４図乃至第６図は従来の水中モータに電
力供給するリードケーブルの接続構造を示す図で
ある。 図中、１１……リードケース、１２……キヤブ
タイヤケーブル、１３……絶縁電線、１４……半
田付部、１５……フツ素ゴム材、２１……フレー
ム側板、２２……ブラケツト、２３……五角穴付
ボルト、２４……Ｏリング、２５……モータ口出
線、２６……絶縁シール。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 細井戸で使用する高温液中モータに電力を
    供給するリードケーブルにおいて、電源側に耐熱
    性及び耐薬品性を有するキヤブタイヤケーブルを
    用い、モータ側に耐熱性及び耐薬品性を有する絶
    縁電線を用い、前記キヤブタイヤケーブル端部芯
    線と絶縁電線端部芯線を接続部が該芯線を伝わつ
    て浸透する液体を遮断する遮断部となるように接
    続し、前記キヤブタイヤケーブル端部と接続部と
    絶縁電線端部とをモータ取付フランジと一体に形
    成されたリードケース内に挿入すると共に該リー
    ドケース内にフツ素ゴムをモールドしたことを特
    徴とする細井戸用高温液中モータのリードケーブ
    ル。 (2) 前記電源側のキヤブタイヤケーブルにエチ
    レン四フツ化エチレン共重合体（ＥＴＦＥ）絶縁
    フツ素ゴムシースキヤブタイヤケーブルを用いる
    と共に前記モータ側の絶縁電線として四フツ化エ
    チレン（ＰＴＦＥ）絶縁電線を用いたことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の細
    井戸用高温液中モータのリードケーブル。 (3) 前記キヤブタイヤケーブル端部芯線と絶縁
    電線端部芯線とが半田付で遮断部を形成して接続
    されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第(1)項記載の細井戸用高温液中モータのリード
    ケーブル。
