Abstract
PURPOSE:To surely prevent interference of a refueling device and a reactor vessel by providing a model plant interlocking with an actual plant and performing an interlock when a limit switch at the edge of its refueling device is brought into contact with the reactor vessel. CONSTITUTION:A model fast breeder reactor plant 100 interlocking with an actual plant is provided. When a limit switch 104 attached to the edge of a refueling device 103 of the model plant 100 is brought into contact with a reactor vessel 101, the switch 104 is operated and an interlock 107 is output for a refueling device 8 of the actual plant. Therefore, the refueling device 8 stops rotating together with the device 108 and the interference with a reactor vessel 1 can be prevented.
