Abstract

While the rotor 12 rotates, the measured value of a measuring instrument 15 is confirmed. Consequently, various measurement of the object spindle motor 30 (e.g. deflection of a spindle shaft 10, surface waviness of a spindle hub 11, etc.) are taken.
