CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit is provided with a switching element 7 for clamping whose one end is connected to the connecting point A between the vertical deflection coil 4 and the S-shaped correction capacitor 5, a first resistor 8 connected between the other end of the element 7 and a power supply terminal 9, a capacitor 11 connected to the connecting point B between the other end of the element 7 and the first resistor 8, and a second resistor 10 connected to the contacting point A between the coil 4 and the capacitor 5. Accordingly, the capacitor 11 connected to the capacitor 5 via the element 7 discharges during a retrace period in order to charge the capacitor 5, so that the start potential in parabolic waveform supplied by the capacitor 5 is clamped in a necessary level. As a result, the rocking of a still image in the vertical direction can be prevented.
